أولاً: الغرض من الموقع
تم إنشاء هذا الموقع لتسهيل عملية تسجيل حضور الطلاب من قِبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بطريقة إلكترونية، بديلًا عن الكشوف الورقية. الموقع مُصمم للاستخدام من قِبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس المصرّح لهم فقط.
ثانيًا: نطاق الاستخدام
يُسمح باستخدام الموقع فقط للأغراض التعليمية والإدارية المتعلقة بتسجيل الحضور داخل الفصل. يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض آخر مثل جمع بيانات طلابية تعريفية أو إجراء تحليلات خارج إطار الحضور.
ثالثًا: طبيعة البيانات وقيود الإدخال (تأكيد مهم)
الموقع لا يجمع ولا يخزن أي معلومات جامعية حساسة.
أثناء تسجيل الحضور، يُدخل المحاضر/الدكتور رقم ترتيب الطالب في كشف الحضور (مثال: 1، 2، 3، ...) فقط — أي رقم يمثل موضع الطالب في الكشف أو الترتيب داخل الصف.
يحظر تمامًا إدخال أرقام تعريف شخصية حقيقية (مثل الرقم الجامعي، الرقم الوطني، أو أي بيانات تعريف أخرى).
يُؤكَّد أنه لا يمكن لمالك الموقع أو المطور إدخال أو تعديل أرقام الطلاب التعريفية لأن الموقع مصمم لكي لا يخزن مثل هذه البيانات أصلاً.
سبب هذا البند: اتباعًا للاحتياطات القانونية وحماية خصوصية الطلاب، تم تصميم النظام ليعمل عبر أرقام ترتيبية داخل الكشوف فقط، لتقليل أي مسؤولية متعلقة بتخزين بيانات تعريف شخصية.
رابعًا: الاشتراكات
الوصول إلى الموقع يتطلب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا يمنح صلاحية استخدام مؤقتة (شهرية أو وفق الباقة المخصصة). سياسات الاسترجاع والردّ مذكورة في صفحة الاشتراك؛ بشكل عام لا تُرجع المدفوعات بعد تفعيل الاشتراك إلا في حالات فنية جوهرية تمنع المستخدم من الوصول للخدمة.
خامسًا: الخصوصية وأمن البيانات
يبذل المطور إجراءات معقولة لحماية البيانات المدخلة. مع ذلك، يُنبه إلى أن المطور غير مسؤول عن أي تسريب أو استخدام غير مصرح به للبيانات الناتج عن سوء استخدام من قبل المستخدمين أو أطراف خارجية أو خدمات طرف ثالث (مثل Google Sheets).
كما أن الموقع ليس تابعًا رسميًا لأي جامعة، وأي استخدام رسمي أو قانوني للبيانات يجب أن يتم عبر قنوات الجامعة المعتمدة.
سادسًا: حدود المسؤولية
المطور/مالك الموقع لن يتحمل أي مسؤولية قانونية أو مالية ناتجة عن:
- إدخال بيانات غير ملائمة أو مخالفة (مثل محاولة إدخال أرقام تعريف شخصية خلاف سياسة الموقع).
- استخدام الموقع بطرق تنتهك القوانين أو سياسات الجامعة.
- أعطال تقنية مؤقتة أو فقدان بيانات ناتج عن خدمات طرف ثالث.
سابعًا: الامتثال القانوني والتعاون
في حال طلب جهة رسمية (جامعة أو جهة حكومية) معلومات أو تحقيقًا، سيُتعامل مع الطلب وفق القانون وبالتعاون مع الجهات المختصة، مع توضيح أن النظام لا يخزن أرقام تعريفية للطلاب بحسب سياسات الاستخدام هذه.
ثامنًا: قبول الشروط
باستخدام هذا الموقع، أنت (كمستخدم/مشترك ومُحاضر) توافق أنك قرأت هذه الشروط وأنك تلتزم بعدم إدخال أي بيانات تعريف شخصية، وأنك توافق على القيود وحدود المسؤولية الواردة أعلاه. إن لم توافق، يُرجى التوقف عن استخدام الموقع فورًا.

Data Policy & Input Restrictions (Important)
The website does not collect or store any sensitive university-identifying information.
During attendance registration, the instructor enters only the student's position/order number in the attendance roster (e.g., 1, 2, 3, ...), which represents the student's place in the class list.
Entering personal identification numbers (e.g., student ID numbers, national ID, or any other identifying data) is strictly prohibited.
The website owner/developer cannot enter or modify any student identification data because the system is designed not to store such information.
Rationale: To reduce legal exposure and protect student privacy, the system operates using roster order numbers only.
Subscription Policy
Access requires a paid subscription granting temporary usage rights (monthly or as per chosen plan). Refunds are generally not provided after activation except for material technical failures that prevent service access.
Privacy & Security
Reasonable security measures are applied. However, the developer is not liable for unauthorized access or data leaks resulting from user negligence or third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets).
This website is not officially affiliated with any university.
Limitation of Liability
The developer/owner is not liable for:
- Attempts to enter prohibited identifying data.
- Misuse of the site that violates laws or university rules.
- Downtime or data loss caused by third-party services.
Legal Compliance & Cooperation
If an official institution (university/government) requests information or conducts an investigation, the owner will comply per applicable laws and will state that the system does not store student identifying numbers according to this policy.
